Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
• Processing begins once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
• During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
United States
• Estimated shipping time: 7–11 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: 9–13 business days (Processing + Shipping)
International Orders
• Estimated shipping time: 9-12 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: 10-13 business days (Processing + Shipping)
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections or import duties depending on your country.
Tracking Information
• Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped (when available)
• Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system
